Internal Management Accounting

Internal management reports from one company to another company will be different, depending on the character of management and the company itself. In general, these types of internal management reports are often requested by the management company such as:

  • Statements Cash

Report presents the cash position every day or week, the comparison with the forecast and budget cash, cash ratio of the previous period.

  • Status Statements

The report presents financial and operating performance of companies per day or week. Comparison among the actual loading conditions is going on with the budget.

  • Report of Salary or Wages

Reports can provide information: In each of the statements made, how much salary and wages for employees of the company compares the same data with the budget.

  • Statements Sales and Costs

Sales Statements present the results of sales every day, how many percent is reached. Data presented customer or salesperson. On the other hand also presents the costs incurred until the report has been made, weather the budget is still within tolerance.

  • Margin Statements

Statements which presents information about the “value of sales minus cost of goods sold” of goods and customers. This report can also give an idea of where the goods are to be made at the time of printing “gross profit” with separate limits and certain guidelines. Also, provide information on sales to a customer where the customer is given a high margin, whichever is lower.

  • Capacity Statements

Statements to the company diversified manufacturing “industry / manufacturer”. Report presents the company’s global production capacity, per section / division, up to one minuteĀ  machine. While displaying the data, the capacity for the machine as of the date the report is made, how many percent occupied. As a whole so that it can be seen where the machines are working at full capacity and which are not.
